Ari Nachmanoff
Mr. Nachmanoff has over 25 years experience in international energy transactions covering private equity, investment banking and the power industry most recently with ArcLight Capital Partners, one of the leading private energy investment firms with more than $12 billion under management. He served as a Senior Adviser to ArcLight during its establishment and its first two funds. Prior to ArcLight, Mr. Nachmanoff was a Partner with Mr. Allaire in the British Gas joint venture, where he raised over $2 billion in capital for BG sponsored energy projects worldwide. Before British Gas, Mr. Nachmanoff was with the International Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch & Co. In addition to originating and managing transactions, Mr. Nachmanoff manages all capital raising and financial transaction activities for Green Capital, including direct responsibility for debt financing and structuring project investments.
